Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we do provide returns for non-defective and defective products too, as long as they fall under the conditions of our Refund Policy.

Can I return used items?
No, we do not provide returns on items that have been used. We can only provide returns for unopened, still-packed-in-original-packaging, and unused items.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is delayed or missing, or you think it might be missing, please inform us immediately. Our support team will help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take for my order?

What if I've received a damaged or incorrect item?
We really do apologize if you happen to receive a defective or wrong item. Just let us know right away, and we will send you an exchange or give you a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges can be accomplished, but only if the item meets the qualifications for exchanges.

How long do I have to initiate my return?

How do I track my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If it has not been processed yet, we can cancel the order and refund you.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
You can modify the shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet. Please let us know immediately to enable any changes.

How long will it take to refund my money?
Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
